CHRISTOPHER S. MONAGHAN, Principal
Experience: Mr. Monaghan is one of the founding partners of Echo and has been involved with public finance since 1987. Prior to Echo, he was a public finance banker and financial advisor working on both a national and regional basis and has extensive experience in providing service to a wide range of clients and security structures. While working at a prior firm, he structured and specialized in innovative financing techniques with an emphasis on derivative and investment products and has been personally responsible for financial analysis, structuring, pricing and document review for all. Mr. Monaghan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Georgetown University, Graduate School of Business.
